STEAM TABLE

The steam table on This Street Wise Mobile Food Cart consists of two big cast iron burners with its own shut off valve. The steam table accommodates two half size pans and two third size pans. Other configurations are available. You can steam your buns, heat up the chili, sauce and cheese. You can also steam your hot dogs, keep your grill onions warm, etc. The steam table includes two half size pans six inches deep with solid lids and two third size pans six inches deep with solid lids. The stainless steel pans and lids are easily removable for cleaning.

SINKS

This Street Wise Mobile Food Cart has four sinks with hot and cold pressurized water. The standard water capacity is 20 liters fresh water tank and 25 liters disposed water tank. It is possible to upgrade the water capacity on this cart model.

BEVERAGE BIN

The stainless steel insulated beverage bin on this Mobile Food Cart holds 144 cans and is easy to refill. It maximizes the life of ice and has its own drain and plug. The hinged lid has a chrome handle.

HEATING SOURCE

The two burners on the steam table of This Street Wise Mobile Food Cart run on gas, which is stored neatly and easily-accessible in a double cylinder hold down rack in the front part of the food cart on top of the tow bar. The gas line has a dual stage regulator that insures you never run out of gas during an event.

WINDOWS

This Mobile Food Cart  has two large customer service windows for a fast and easy service.  The sliding windows have lockable latches for security.

CANOPY

This Food and hot Dog cart is equipped with a full size hinged awning,  providing customers cover from the rain or the sun. The awning has two lockable latches for security.

CEILING VENT

This Mobile Food Cart comes standard with a 12v fan ceiling vent to circulate air and to keep the interior ventilated without compromising security. Wedge-shaped, white plastic vent cover opens and closes with a hand-operated crank. The switch to turn the fan on/off is mounted on the vent.

ACCESS DOOR

The access door in the food cart is in the back of the cart and comes with key locks for security.

SHELVES

This Food Trailer has a back to front outside shelf to set napkin dispensers, condiment trays, and to assist customers.

TRAILER

This Street Wise Mobile Food Cart is built to last. It provides years of reliable service. The main frame of the trailer consist of a welded super duty tubular (2” x 2” x ¼”) structure treated with rust resistant protective coating. The radial tires (12”), springs and axle make this trailer safe for towing at highway speeds. This cart has enough room for two people to work comfortably.

TOWING BAR

This Food Cart towing bar has a ball coupler. The ball coupler is 2″ an it has two safety chains.

LIGHTS

The lights on the food cart are tail, stop, signals and hazards. The wiring harness for the lights is male. The lights come with a license plate holder.

WHEEL LEVELING JACK

Keep your Street Wise Mobile Food Cart on the level with this easy-to-use 550 capacity swing-back trailer jack. The jack has a side crank handle to level it. Just fold it back and away for travelling.
