GRILL

The stainless steel grill on this Flavor Quest Hot Dog Stand is a double rack four independent burners with plenty of cooking space. The drip tray is below the barbecue and sufficient to hold grease for months, so you won’t have to clean it every day.

STEAM TABLE

The steam table on the Flavor Quest Hot Dog Stand consists of three big cast iron burners with its own shut off valve. One in front of the grill accommodates two half size pans and two third size pans. The other one to the left of the grill has a spillage pan, 2 ½ pans and a roll top cover. You can steam your buns, heat up the chili, sauce and cheese. You can also steam your hot dogs; keep your grill onions warm, etc. The steam table in front of the grill includes two half size pans six inches deep with solid lids and two third size pans six inches deep with solid lids.

SINKS

The Flavor Quest Hot Dog Stand has four sinks and two faucets with hot and cold pressurized water by a 12v pump and an instant propane water heater. The standard water capacity is a 20 liters fresh water tank and a 25 liters disposed water tank.

REFRIGERATION UNIT

This Flavor Quest Hot Dog Stand has a mechanical refrigerator/freezer unit to store all potentially hazardous foods. This highly efficient refrigerator/freezer runs on 12v or 110v electrical power.

CONDIMENT TRAY

The condiment tray on this hot dog stand consists of a stainless steel box with enough space to fit 5 pans and slotted lids. Here, you can offer diced onions, relish, pepper rings, jalapenos, dill pickles or anything else you would like to offer. Just set the mustard, ketchup and the napkin dispenser, and you are ready to start making money.

STORAGE

There are two storage compartments on the Flavor Quest Hot Dog Stand. One in the front and one in the back of the hot dog cart. The storage compartment in the back is the perfect place to keep extra napkins, extra foil, paper bags, straws, tongs, spoons, etc. The storage compartment in the front under the steam table is the place to keep your fresh hot dog buns. Both compartments have a door with a safety latch.

UMBRELLAS

The umbrella (Umbrella not Included) holders are at each side of the cart, which gives you perfect shade. Every now and then you can remove the cloth part of the umbrellas and through them in the laundry machine.
Market umbrellas are less expensive and faster to replace than vinyl umbrellas. Vinyl umbrellas are high maintenance because they collect a lot of grease and dust. Therefore, you will have to clean them with soap and a brush at least once a week.

HEATING SOURCE

The grill, the steam tables and the instant water heater on the Hot Dog Stand run on gas. Two 9kg gas tanks (not included) are easily accessible at the front part of the trailer in its own steel fence cage.

TRAILER

The Hot Dog Stand rests on a heavy duty trailer with baked enamel finished. The leaf spring suspension system allows you to tow it at freeway speeds with safety. The tires size is 4.8” x 8” standard.

TOWING BAR

This hot dog stand towing bar is removable (great feature, as this looks better and you can walk around the trailer without having to jump over it).The ball coupler is 1 7/8″ an it has two safety chains.

LIGHTS

The lights on this Flavor Quest Hot Dog Stand are tail, stop, signals and hazards. The wiring harness for the lights is male. The lights come with a license plate holder.

WHEEL LEVELING JACK

Keep your Flavor Quest Hot Dog Stand on the level with this easy-to-use 680kg capacity swing-back trailer jack. The jack has a side crank handle to level it. Just fold it back and away for travelling.

What you will love about this hot dog and burger stand is that you won’t need to carry extra sodas, trash containers, buns or propane tanks in your vehicle. Everything fits in the stand.
