STEAM TABLE

The steam table on this Bay Breeze Hot Dog Stand has three big cast iron burners with their shut-off valves. It can accommodate various sizes pots with lids. You can use the steamer for hot dogs, buns, chili, cheese and sauerkraut. The stainless steel pans and lids (4 one-third size pans 6″ deep, 1 half size pan 6″ deep, 4 one-third size lids, 1 half size lid and 4 separator bars) are easily removable for cleaning.

SINKS

This Bay Breeze Hot Dog Stand comes standard with 4 stainless steel sinks with hot and cold water, a 20 liters clear water tank and a 25 liters disposed water tank.

BEVERAGE BIN

The insulated beverage bin this Bay Breeze Hot Dog Stand is easily reachable for customers to help themselves. It maximizes the life of ice and has its own drain and plug. It holds 144 cans and is easy to refill. The hinged lid has a chrome handle.

MEAT COMPARTMENT

The meat compartment on the Bay Breeze Hot Dog Stand is an icebox with a hinged lid and plenty of capacity to keep your products cold or frozen.

CONDIMENT TABLE

The condiment table on this Hot Dog Stand is located on the opposite side of the vendor. This gives the customers privacy while dressing their hot dog and you more space to serve the next customer. The table has five slots with five stainless steel trays and five slotted lids (included). The condiment table allows you to offer jalapenos, fresh diced onions, mild pepper rings, sweet relish and dill pickles. Just set the mustard, ketchup and the napkin dispenser and you are ready to make money.

BREAD BOX

The bread box on this Bay Breeze Hot Dog Stand has two levels. The lower-level of the bread box allows you to keep 30 bags (a total of 360 units) of your fresh buns behind two sliding doors. The upper level is the perfect place to keep extra foil, napkins, paper bags, straws, tongs, spoons, etc. It has two sliding doors with chrome handles.

UMBRELLA

The umbrella (Umbrella Not Included) holder is located in the center of the hot dog stand to give you perfect shade. Every now and then you can remove the cloth part of the umbrella and through it in the laundry machine.
Market umbrellas are less expensive and faster to replace than vinyl umbrellas. Vinyl umbrellas are high maintenance because they collect a lot of grease and dust. Therefore, you will have to clean them with soap and a brush at least once a week.

HEATING SOURCE

The steam table on this hot dog stand runs on gas. There are two propane gas tanks stored neatly and easily-accessible behind a door with a safety latch in its gas compartment. It holds two 9kg  tanks, so you will not run out in the middle of the day. Tanks are not included.

TRAILER

This Bay Breeze Hot Dog Stand rests on a heavy duty trailer with baked enamel finished. The leaf spring suspension system allows you to tow it safely at freeway speeds. The tires size is 4.8″ x 8″ standard.

TOWING BAR

This Bay Breeze Hot Dog Stand towing bar is removable (great feature, as this looks better and you can walk around the trailer without having to jump over it).The ball coupler is 1 7/8″ an it has two safety chains.

LIGHTS

The lights on this Bay Breeze Hot Dog Stand are tail, stop, signal and hazards. The wiring harness for the lights is male. The lights come with a license plate holder.

What you will love about this Bay Breeze Hot Dog Stand is that you won’t need to carry the meat, extra cold drinks, buns or gas tanks in your vehicle. Everything fits in the hot dog stand. You just hook the trailer and go. When you get to your vending location everything you need is already in the hot dog stand, and at the end of the day when you leave, there is no loading.
