The stainless steel char broil on this Flavor Chariot Hot Dog Cart runs on propane gas and it comes equipped with three 40,000 BTU burners providing dependable even cooking every time. The grates are cast iron steel for durability and the grease tray is stainless steel for easy clean up.
STEAM TABLE
The steam table on this Chariot Hot Dog Cart consists of three big burners with its own shut off valve. The steam table accommodates three full size pans. That is a lot of cooking power. You can steam your buns, heat up the chili, sauce and cheese. You can also steam your hot dogs, keep your grill onions warm, etc. The steam table includes three roll tops and three spillage pans, which are the pans where you add water and then your inserts to heat them up.
SINKS
The hot dog cart has four sinks with hot and cold pressurized water. The standard water capacity is 20 liters fresh water tank and 25 liters disposed water tank.
BEVERAGE BIN
The stainless steel beverages bin on this Flavor Chariot Hot Dog Cart has its own drain and is insulated to maximize the life of the ice. It holds 400 cans. The lid is hinged.
STORAGE
This Flavor Chariot Hot Dog Cart has plenty of storage space to keep all your supplies. All doors have their own safety latch.
UMBRELLAS
The umbrella (Umbrella Not Included) holders are at each side of the cart, which gives you perfect shade. Every now and then you can remove the cloth part of the umbrellas and through them in the laundry machine.
Market umbrellas are less expensive and faster to replace than vinyl umbrellas. Vinyl umbrellas are high maintenance because they collect a lot of grease and dust. Therefore, you will have to clean them with soap and a brush at least once a week.
HEATING SOURCE
The char-broiler and the steam table on this Flavor Chariot Hot Dog Cart run on gas. There are two gas tanks stored neatly and easily-accessible behind a door with a safety latch in its own propane compartment. It holds two 9kg tanks, (Not Included) so you will not run out in the middle of the day. Tanks are not included.
TRAILER
The Flavor Chariot Hot Dog Cart rests on a heavy duty trailer with baked enamel finished. The leaf spring suspension system allows you to tow it safely at freeway speeds. The tires size is 4.8″ x 12″ standard.
TOWING BAR
