The two steam tables on this Metro Hot Dog Cart are electric and can accommodate various size pots and lids. You can use the steamer for the buns, chili and sauce. You can also steam your hot dogs since the steam table has its own burner and shut off valve. The stainless steel pans and lids (2 spillage pans, 6 1/3 pans and lids) are easily removable for cleaning.

SINKS

This Metro Hot Dog Cart has two sinks with hot and cold pressurized water by an 110v electric pump. The standard water capacity is 20 liters on the fresh water tank and 25 liters on the disposed water tank. The hot water is provided by a 15 liters 110v electric water heater. Four sinks at no extra charge are an option in this cart.

HEATING SOURCE

This Metro Hot Dog Cart runs on 110v electricity. The ranges on the steam table, the water pump and the water heater have standard electric plugs using 110 volts.

STORAGE

There are two storage compartments on this hot dog cart. One in the front and one in the back of the hot dog cart. These storage compartments are the perfect places to keep extra napkins, extra foil, paper bags, straws, tongs, spoons, etc. Both compartments have a door with a lockable latch.

CONDIMENTS TABLE

The stainless steel condiment table on the hot dog cart is located on the opposite side of the vendor. Therefore, it gives the customers privacy to dress their hot dog and the peace of mind to you that nobody will run into the towing bar and get hurt. A 40 inch long piano hinge attaches the condiment table to the steel structure of the cart. This, makes it retractable for traveling. Here you can offer diced onions, sweet relish, banana rings, dill pickles, jalapenos, or whatever you want. Table size is 40 inches by 31 inches. Material: stainless steel. Set the mustard, the ketchup and the napkins dispenser on top and you are ready to go.

BREAD BOX

The bread box on this Metro Hot Dog Cart has four levels. The bread box has a 600 buns capacity and has two acrylic sliding doors.

TRAILER

This Metro Hot Dog Cart  rests on a heavy duty trailer with baked enamel finished. The leaf spring suspension system allows you to tow it at freeway speeds with safety. The tires size is 4.8” x 8” standard.

TOWING BAR

This Metro Hot Dog Cart towing bar has a ball coupler. The ball coupler is 1 7/8″ an it has two safety chains.

LIGHTS

The lights on the hot dog cart are tail, stop, signals and hazards. The wiring harness for the lights is male. The lights come with a license plate holder.

WHEEL LEVELING JACK

Keep your Metro Hot Dog Cart on the level with this easy-to-use 550kg capacity swing-back trailer jack. The jack has a side crank handle to level it. Just fold it back and away for travelling.

UMBRELLA

The umbrella (Umbrella Not Included) holder is located in the center of the hot dog cart to give you perfect shade. Every now and then you can remove the cloth part of the umbrella and through it in the laundry machine.
Market umbrellas are less expensive and faster to replace than vinyl umbrellas. Vinyl umbrellas are high maintenance because they collect a lot of grease and dust. Therefore, you will have to clean them with soap and a brush at least once a week.
