The stainless steel grill on this Nomad’s Burger and Hot Dog Cart is a double rack four independent burners with plenty of cooking space. The drip tray is below the barbecue and sufficient to hold grease for months, so you won’t have to clean it every day.
STEAM TABLE
The steam table on this Nomad’s Burger and Hot Dog Cart is double and can accommodate various size pots and lids. You can use the steamer for the buns, chili and sauce. You can also steam your hot dogs since the steam table has its own burner and shut off valve. The stainless steel pans and lids (2 spillage pans, 6 1/3 pans and 2 roll tops) are easily removable for cleaning.

This hot dog cart has three ware washing sinks with hot and cold water. Each ware washing sink is large enough to accommodate the largest utensil. Ware washing sinks are 12″ wide x 12″ long x 10″ deep. Each ware washing sink has a mixing swivel faucet capable of providing hot water at a minimum of 120 degrees Fahrenheit and cold water at 99 degrees Fahrenheit.
An 8″ high metal splashguard separates the hand washing sink from the other three sinks. The hand washing sink is 12″ wide x 9″ long x 10″ deep. It has the same swivel faucet type as the others.
WATER HEATER
The water heater has a 15 liters capacity and can heat water to a minimum of 90 degrees Fahrenheit. A water line connects the heater with the fresh water tank.
WATER PUMP
This Nomad’s Burger and Hot Dog Cart has an electrical water pump capable of delivering a minimum of 3 liters per minute of hot and cold water.
POTABLE WATER TANK
The potable water tanks on this hot dog cart are sufficient in volume to fulfill the required 20 liters minimum for hand washing and the 50 liters for ware washing and food preparation.
WASTEWATER TANK
Four sink drains connect to the waste water tank on this burger and hot dog cart with watertight seals. The wastewater tank has an air vent water flow to prevent potential flooding of the interior of the cart. The tank has a capacity of 120 liters and it has a discharge valve to facilitate complete draining.
BEVERAGE BIN
The insulated beverage bin on this Nomad’s Burger and Hot Dog Cart is easily reachable for customers to help themselves. It maximizes the life of ice and has its own drain and plug. It holds 144 cans and is easy to refill. The hinged lid has a chrome handle.

The umbrella (Umbrella Not Included) holders are at each side of the cart, which gives you perfect shade. Every now and then you can remove the cloth part of the umbrellas and through them in the laundry machine.
Market umbrellas are less expensive and faster to replace than vinyl umbrellas. Vinyl umbrellas are high maintenance because they collect a lot of grease and dust. Therefore, you will have to clean them with soap and a brush at least once a week.
