GRILL
The stainless steel grill on This Prestige Hot Dog Cart is a double rack four independent burners with plenty of cooking space. The drip tray is below the barbecue and sufficient to hold grease for months, so you won’t have to clean it every day.
STEAM TABLE
The steam table on This Hot Dog Cart is double and can accommodate various size pots and lids. You can use the steamer for the buns, chili and sauce. You can also steam your hot dogs since the steam table has its own burner and shut off valve. The stainless steel pans and lids (2 spillage pans, 6 1/3 pans and 2 roll tops1) are easily removable for cleaning.
SINKS
This hot dog cart has four sinks with hot and cold pressurized water by a 12v pump. The standard water capacity is 20 liters fresh water tank and 25 liters disposed water tank. Tanks capacity upgrade is an optional.
BEVERAGE BIN
The insulated stainless steel beverage bin is easily reachable for customers to help themselves. It maximizes the life of ice and has its own drain and plug. It holds 400 cans and is easy to refill. The hinged lid has a chrome handle.
MEAT COMPARTMENT
The stainless steel meat compartment on this Prestige Hot Dog Cart is an icebox with a hinged lid and plenty of capacity to keep your products cold or frozen.
HEATING SOURCE
The grill and the two cast iron burners on the steam table on this hot dog cart run on gas. Two 9kg propane tanks (not included) are located at the front part of the trailer in its own propane compartment. This compartment has an easily-accessible door and a safety latch.
CANOPY
The steel canopy is red and white but it can be painted with color(s) of your choosing.
TRAILER
This hot dog cart rests on a heavy duty trailer with baked enamel finished. The leaf spring suspension system allows you to tow it at freeway speeds with safety. The tires size is 4.8” x 8” standard.
TOWING BAR
This Prestige Hot Dog Cart towing bar is removable (great feature, as this looks better and you can walk around the trailer without having to jump over it).The ball coupler is 1 7/8″ an it has two safety chains.
LIGHTS
The lights are on tail, stop, signal and hazards. The wiring harness for the lights is male. The lights come with a license plate holder.
WHEEL LEVELING JACK
