The stainless steel grill on This Quick Fix Burger And Hot Dog Cart is a double rack four independent burners with plenty of cooking space. The drip tray is below the barbecue and sufficient to hold grease for months, so you won’t have to clean it every day. Please know that people prefer grilled hot dogs and sausages rather than steamed.
STEAM TABLE
The steam table on This Quick Fix Burger And Hot Dog Cart is double and can accommodate various size pots and lids. You can use the steamer for the buns, chili and sauce. You can also steam your hot dogs, sausage or burger Patties since the steam table has its own burner and shut off valve. The stainless steel pans and lids (2 spillage pans, 6 1/3 pans and 2 roll tops1) are easily removable for cleaning.
SINKS
This Quick Fix Burger And Hot Dog Cart has four sinks with hot and cold pressurized water by a 12v pump. The standard water capacity is 20 liters fresh water tank and 25 liters disposed water tank.
BEVERAGE BIN
The insulated stainless steel beverage bin is easily reachable for customers to help themselves. It maximizes the life of ice and has its own drain and plug. It holds 400 cans and is easy to refill. The hinged lid has a chrome handle.
