The stainless steel grill on this Ready Meals Burger and Hot Dog Cart is a double rack four independent burners with plenty of cooking space. The drip tray is below the barbecue and sufficient to hold grease for months, so you won’t have to clean it every day. Please know that people prefer grilled hot dogs and sausages rather than steamed.
STEAM TABLE
The steam table on this Ready Meals Burger and Hot Dog Cart consists of two big cast iron burners with its own shut off valve. The steam table accommodates two half size pans and two third size pans. You can steam your buns, heat up the chili, sauce and cheese. You can also steam your hot dogs; keep your grill onions warm, etc. The steam table includes two half size pans six inches deep with solid lids and two third size pans six inches deep with solid lids.
SINKS
This Ready Meals Burger and Hot Dog Cart has four sinks with hot and cold water, two 20 liters fresh water tanks (one for cold water and one for hot water) and a 25 liters disposed water tank.
STORAGE
There are three storage compartments on this Ready Meals Burger and Hot Dog Cart . One in the front, one in the middle and one in the back of the hot dog cart. The storage compartment in the back is the perfect place to keep extra napkins, extra foil, paper bags, straws, tongs, spoons, etc. The storage compartment in the front under the steam table is the place to keep your fresh hot dog buns. The cart has a large storage compartment to store sodas, buns, or any other merchandise. All compartments have a door with a safety latch.
CANOPY
The steel canopy on this hot dog cart is red and yellow but it can be painted with color(s) of your choosing.
HEATING SOURCE
The grill and the two cast iron burners on the steam table of the cart run on propane gas. Two 9kg gas tanks (not included) are located in the middle part of the trailer in its own gas compartment. This compartment has an easily-accessible door and a safety latch.
TRAILER
This Ready Meals Burger and Hot Dog Cart also rests on a heavy duty trailer with baked enamel finished. The leaf spring suspension system allows you to tow it at freeway speeds with safety. The tires size is 4.8” x 8” standard.
TOWING BAR
This Burger and Hot Dog Cart towing bar is removable (great feature, as this looks better and you can walk around the trailer without having to jump over it).The ball coupler is 1 7/8″ an it has two safety chains.
LIGHTS
The lights on the cart are tail, stop, signal and hazards. The wiring harness for the lights is male. The lights come with a license plate holder.
